STS Ambassadors come in a variety of flavors. Below are some of the men and women that have partnered with STS Bicycles to "EXPLORE CONFIDENTLY".
Matt’s love for bikes and speed dates back to growing up in his hometown of Anderson riding BMX and Mountain Bikes.
Under the direction of Tom Danielson, a former World Tour Pro, Matt has developed to become a formidable cyclist who has raced competitively all over the world. In July 2022, Matt will be competing in a 125 mile gravel race in Iceland called The Rift.
Despite all of Matt’s accomplishments on the bike, it’s what he’s been able to do off the bike that is even more impressive. Matt founded Rollfast Cycling Club, an inclusive club of cyclists from different backgrounds and skill levels whose mission is to advocate for cycling rights, safety, and mental health.
Matt has been hugely instrumental in helping build the cycling community in Indiana, and we are thrilled to have him on Team STS!

“I’m turning my dreams into goals, and my goals into reality. I’m not looking to be the best, I’m just trying to be better today than I was yesterday, and better tomorrow than I am today.”
Morgan grew up in northeast Nebraska and didn’t have the passion for endurance sports until her high school years. In high school she played golf and tennis, but took up running as a way of getting into shape. Her father passed due to health complications and this was a major turning point for Morgan.
She was considered overweight and obese and her nickname was Chimney Chaffin because of her smoking habit. She kicked her bad habits and found exercise was a great way to cope with the loss of her father.
Morgan completed her Associates of Applied Science and as Physical Therapist Assistant and Masters in Exercise Science at the University of Nebraska Omaha. She was a graduate research assistant and published two research studies related to cycling pacing and female endurance athletes and delayed onset muscle soreness. After completing her education she began to focus solely on triathlons, and endurance coaching. She raced as a professional triathlete from 2010-2020. Morgan shifted her professional goals to gravel cycling in 2021. In 2021 she won the Robidoux Quick and Dirt, was the 2nd overall female in the Gravel Worlds 75 mile, and 3rd overall at The Rad 100 mile.
Despite being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 2022 she had some great finishes in gravel events. She was 5th AG at Unbound 200 mile, first overall at the La Grind Stage Race, first overall in the Snaggy Ridge 105, and 2 nd at the Little Sugar while losing a cleat at mile 22.
Currently Morgan coaches’ triathletes ranging from ages 35-75 and heads the masters swim program at Lifetime Fitness. She has coached five athletes to Ironman Worlds in Kona and has several athletes qualify for 70.3 Worlds. Morgan has great passion for endurance sports, helping, and inspiring others to pursue and chase their dreams. She is grateful for the opportunity to connect with STS Bicycles!
Ryan started his cycling journey in 2019 and joined the Indianapolis chapter of Rollfast Cycling Club. Since then he has completed the Rollfast 8x8 challenge in Brown County, placed top 10 in the 2021 MSU Gran Fondo, and 3rd overall in his age group for the Pedal Putnam.
Ryan embraces the gift of life by making the very best of each day we’re given. You will often find him in the early morning hours putting in the miles on two wheels.
“It’s incredible to get on a bike and go explore the world around me. I look forward to it every time! Get out and ride; you can do more than you know and it’s going to be a great time finding out. Ride on!”

Committing to a healthy lifestyle hasn’t always come so easy for Jackie. Today she exemplifies health and wellness to the members of several successful Anytime Fitness locations that she co-owns with her father throughout Indiana.
A year after having her son she trained to compete in her first bikini fitness competition. The process only deepened her desire to explore new fitness adventures. Since then, Jackie has completed multiple 5ks, several half marathons, and one full marathon. She didn’t stop there, in the Fall of 2020, she fulfilled what she previously thought was an impossible dream - completing an Ironman which includes a 1.2 mile swim, 13.1 mile run, and 56 miles on the bike. During her Ironman training, Jackie genuinely fell in love with cycling and it reminds her of all of the beautiful things that matter most in life while exploring the countryside.
Jackie knows what hard work, focus, and dedication has done to transform her life, and she believes that anyone is capable as long as they are committed to putting in the effort.
For Joshua, riding bikes and exploring the natural beauty of Michigan is a family affair. While growing up, some of his earliest memories were riding and falling off bikes. Being on his bike gives him a sense of freedom, joy, and adventure, but moreso, it allows him to enjoy being with the people he cares most about.
Joshua along with his father and younger brother first got into the world of gravel racing by entering their first gravel event, Uncle John’s Dirty Ride, in the Fall of 2018. Since that first race, Joshua has become a regular at many of the premier gravel events of the Michigan Gravel Race Series held throughout the Great Lake State.
As a graduate of the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology in Troy, Ohio, Joshua knows what top level craftsmanship looks like when it comes to steel fabrication which is what initially attracted him to STS and become one of our Lifestyle Ambassadors.
Would you like to be the next STS Ambassador? Just contact us and we'll schedule a call to talk about the program with you!
